Congrats to Mike Sousa, who is my teammate on Mondays for being the White Tier Champion this year in Vegas (APA).  Lots of talent in our area and representing us well.

I’ve always been pretty obsessed with pool, even when I wasn’t very good or haven’t even joined a league yet.  Something about it drew me in.  Maybe something about beating egotistical young guys made it fun and exciting.  I’ve always been competitive and hung out the pool halls a lot.  Either at Bay State Billiards, Good Times, or Boston Bowl even before I was old enough I was able to walk through like a regular.  Good Times was my other home, like to many others.
